As we in Boston celebrate the return of springtime weather, we also look forward to this weekend’s Easter holiday. Loved ones and families gather together to enjoy great food and great company, after the annual Easter egg hunt of course! If you’re a little leery about hosting Easter brunch (or dinner) at your household, why not let someone else do the work for you? There are a plethora of amazing restaurants right in downtown Boston that have egg-cellent Easter menus. Here’s a roundup of our favorites.

Café Fleuri

Housed in the lofty dining room of the Langham hotel, Café Fleuri will be open for their award-winning Sunday brunch buffet on Easter Sunday. Chef Mark Sapienza lets his imagination roam in crafting the buffet, and diners are treated to a vast assortment of foods sure to please even the most picky Easter eater. In addition to traditional breakfast items, Café Fleuri also offers carving stations, seafood, and an array of dessert stations. Adults will enjoy the jazz music that accompanies the buffet, while children are treated to the resident balloon artist and magician. Brunch is served from 10:30 – 4:00 PM on Easter Sunday. To make reservations (which are strongly recommended), call .

Bostonia Public House

If you’re in the mood for some classy pub food with a New England theme, the Bostonia Public House might be just the thing. Open for Easter Brunch from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, a “Sunset” menu from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, the Bostonia Public House is sure to be a hit with your family. The menu is a la carte so each member of your party can order what pleases them, from tater tot poutine to hot and cold lobster rolls to enjoying the fresh and delicious raw bar. For Easter, Chef Kyle Ketchum has assembled an array of American-style cuisine with classic New England flair. Make sure to reserve a table by calling , especially if you will be dining with a large party.

Teatro

If you find yourself in the Theatre District come Easter dinnertime, stop by Teatro and experience Chef-owner Jamie Mammano’s contemporary take on classic Italian food. The Easter menu is a seasonal feast built to highlight Spring’s freshest ingredients. Take a stroll through Boston Common before or after your meal to fully enjoy the sights/sounds of downtown Boston in springtime. Easter dinner at Teatro is a la carte with a full menu of Italian-style options including pizza, pastas, and various dolce treats. Dinner is served from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.  Be certain to call for reservations to ensure that your party is accommodated: .

No matter where you choose to dine, enjoy your holiday with the company of those nearest and dearest to you.  Happy Easter, Boston!  And welcome, spring!
